Are you looking for a reset button?? Life since Covid has been difficult for many of us. Join us for the 2022 Hustle For That Muscle Challenge and start back on the path to the you that you used to know! We will be using the this Challenge to focus and physical and mental well being. We’ll have a series of activities that will help you become more positive and resilient in the face of adversity. As always, we will focus on increasing physical strength, fat loss and nutrition improvement.
The 8 week challenge will begin on January 15 and end on March 12. Fee for the challenge is $75, class passes to be purchased separately. We’ll have our kickoff meeting on Saturday January 15 right after class ends at 11:15. We’ll be doing weight ins at Max Muscle Lone Tree starting January 14 through the 22nd. Meal plans will be offered separately though Megan or Pat at Max Muscle, and I’ll be offering body composition testing upon request. Click here to sign up!
